Sirius is the latest Intrepid branded kart to leave the production plant in Salizzole. It has a 32 mm tube frame, except for the front crossbar made from a 30 mm diameter tube. This makes it easier to handle and, consequently, a more manageable frame, especially for drivers who are just starting their karting experience and, although they are using a high performing vehicle, prefer the easier setup. Overall, however, regardless of the driver’s driving experience and fine-tuning of the setup, the Sirius model is more suitable for more precarious grip conditions. Like its "brother", Cruiser V, the Sirius model also has a "two curve" frame. The differences lie mainly in the central part of the frame where the longitudinal tubes have different angles: arrow-shaped [1], in the case of the Sirius model. The central crossbar is also perfectly straight and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis [2]. Sirius, like the Cruiser Vl, has 3 removable stiffening bars: front [A] side [B] and rear [C].
