Sirius is the latest Intrepid branded kart to leave the production plant in Salizzole. It has a 32 mm tube frame, except for the front crossbar made from a 30 mm diameter tube.
This makes it easier to handle and, consequently, a more manageable frame, especially for drivers who are just starting their karting experience and, although they are using a high performing vehicle, prefer the easier setup. Overall, however, regardless of the driver’s driving experience and fine-tuning of the setup, the Sirius model is more suitable for more precarious grip conditions. Like its "brother", Cruiser V, the Sirius model also has a "two curve" frame. The differences lie mainly in the central part of the frame where the longitudinal tubes have different angles: arrow-shaped [1], in the case of the Sirius model. The central crossbar is also perfectly straight and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis [2]. Sirius, like the Cruiser Vl, has 3 removable stiffening bars: front [A] side [B] and rear [C]

MG Line - The MG Line is a complete range of products and accessories made from magnesium.  It was created with the objective to offer karters the opportunity to customise their Intrepid Group karts with lightweight and high tensile parts.
More specifically, we have studied several different parts:

    Rims
    Rear hubs
    Front hubs
    Front hubs with disk carrier.
    Engine plate
    Bearing carrier flange

The rims in particular underwent major studies, examinations and seal tests.  For this latter issue, i.e. seal levels, we developed a "impregnation" method (the process that guarantees maximum sealing of the rim to the tire) which is totally unique in karting.  Moreover, from a practical standpoint and thanks to the extensive development work carried out, the MG Line of rims proves to ensure suppression of rising temperatures of the tire-rim group with clear advantages in terms of performance and tire wear.

Ultimately, results speak for themselves...
